E&E: My husband Eric and I grew up together in a small town which had an old, little cafe called E & E Cafe. Growing up, we were relentlessly teased by friends and family that it stood for "Eric and Emily" Cafe and that we were destined for each other. Well, they were right! We have been married for 10 years and the longer we're married the more I realize how true that is! However, this Cafe's specialty isn't your regular "Cup of Joe" but rather mac & cheese, hot dogs and peanut butter sandwiches! The regular patrons are: Jace (8), Addie (5)and Kolby (soon to be 3). I love being the waitress and mom even with all its craziness! I also love scrapbooking (digital too), teaching and playing piano, photography, baking and spending time with friends and family.
